Description
Polk County Commissioners Court is soliciting bids for FY2027 material hauling services. The work involves transporting materials from county yards to various locations across Precincts 1 through 4 using 14-yard dump trucks, dump trailers, or belly dumps, with pricing submitted on an hourly-rate basis. Bidders must submit an individual bid on the County-provided form in a sealed envelope identified with the bid number and title. Bids are due before 1:30 p.m. on September 14, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read at 11:00 a.m. that day. Specifications and required submittal forms may be obtained from the Polk County Purchasing Office or the County website.
