Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Office of Law Enforcement, is seeking a contractor for recurring winter snow services at its facility. The scope includes parking-area snow plowing and removal, sidewalk, ramp, and entrance shoveling, on-site snow relocation and management, and off-site snow hauling when authorized. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, fuel, tools, materials, and incidentals, and must maintain safe vehicle and ADA pedestrian access following qualifying snowfall events. The procurement will establish a single-award, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement. Services will be ordered through authorized BPA Calls and billed per event; the BPA provides no guaranteed minimum quantity or dollar value, with a stated ceiling of $350,000 over its five-year life. The quotation must include the completed bid schedule, relevant experience and technical capability, past-performance information, confirmation of compliance with performance requirements and applicable licensing, registration, permit, and insurance requirements, business and UEI information, and any assumptions or exceptions.
