Description
Pleasant View Water & Sanitation District is soliciting sealed bids for its 2027 Capital Improvement Project. The work includes six point repairs on 8-inch sanitary sewer mains, approximately 3,300 linear feet of 8-inch and 10-inch glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) ultraviolet-cured-in-place pipe (UV GRP CIPP) lining, and lining three manholes. The contract is to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to the District’s right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Project completion is scheduled for April 17, 2027.
