Description
The City of Golden seeks a qualified graphic design firm or team to provide comprehensive graphic design, publication production, template development, accessibility, proofing, and print-production services. The selected firm will support recurring publications, digital and print materials, maps, signage, event graphics, business cards, letterhead, and ad hoc communications from initial concept through final delivery. Services include layout, image and graphic placement, content and asset review, revisions, quality assurance, preflight, printer coordination, editable source files, and final accessible digital and print-ready files. The scope includes development of an updated graphic style guide and standardized templates for flyers, brochures, door hangers, large-format signs, postcards, and PowerPoint. Recurring publications must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility requirements, including accessible PDF production and remediation. The City has established a not-to-exceed budget of $70,000 for the services included in the RFP; proposers must provide project-level pricing, proposed prioritization within that budget, and hourly rates for additional services. Proposals are limited to five pages, with specified appendices and supporting materials.
