The Société québécoise des infrastructures is soliciting construction services to replace and modernize the HVAC systems at an existing building. The scope includes upgrading and replacing ventilation systems with energy recovery, installing new heating and air-conditioning systems, dismantling existing equipment, removing the cooling tower, modernizing building automation systems, and replacing the generator with increased capacity. The work must be completed within 52 weeks from the contract start date or written authorization. The probable start window is November 2–30, 2026. Bidders must hold the required Quebec building licenses and qualifications, maintain a permanent establishment in Quebec or an applicable intergovernmental-agreement jurisdiction, and satisfy Canadian construction and materials requirements, including at least 15% Quebec or otherwise Canadian materials and equipment by value. A 10% bid security is required; electronic submissions may use only a surety bond or irrevocable letter of guarantee for this security.
