Description
Colorado Mountain College is soliciting proposals for professional custodial services at the Breckenridge Campus. The contractor must provide management, supervision, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, and required materials to perform cleaning five days per week, Sunday through Thursday, generally between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Colorado Mountain College will provide specified consumable products, including toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, floor cleaner, floor finish, and trash liners. The scope includes APPA Level 2 cleaning and routine services such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, glass and window cleaning, restroom cleaning and disinfecting, trash and recycling removal, dispenser service, whiteboard cleaning, floor care, and cleaning of offices, classrooms, corridors, entrances, cafeterias, rest areas, conference rooms, and specialized rooms. The contractor must furnish and maintain cleaning equipment, provide an on-site supervisor, conduct employee background checks and safety training, maintain chemical safety documentation, secure the facilities, and perform quality-control inspections. Proposals must include company qualifications, pricing, references for at least three similar projects completed within the last three years, and an insurance certificate for sample coverage evidence.
