Description
The Federal Aviation Administration is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies for janitorial services at the approximately 5,100-square-foot Falmouth System Support Center. Required work includes daily restroom servicing, entryway sweeping, low dusting, wastebasket and trash removal, carpet vacuuming, and applicable kitchen-area cleaning; weekly floor mopping, buffing, and glass-door cleaning; monthly floor scrubbing, washing, spray waxing, and restroom and stairwell cleaning; quarterly high dusting and interior and exterior window washing; semiannual floor stripping and rewaxing, light-fixture and waste-receptacle cleaning, and carpet shampooing; and annual interior-wall cleaning. Services are performed five days per week, Monday through Friday, with specified work-start requirements. The contractor must furnish cleaning supplies and consumables, comply with facility safety and access requirements, provide daily work checklists, support inspections and correction of deficiencies, and ensure personnel complete required installation-access processing. The contract includes a shortened base period from January 1, 2027, through September 30, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods. Evaluation is lowest-priced, technically acceptable, with requirements for relevant past experience, third-party customer satisfaction surveys, a technical proposal, pricing, insurance evidence, and a completed staffing-access questionnaire.
