Description
The City of San Dimas is soliciting proposals for comprehensive janitorial services at eight city buildings and six park restrooms. The scope includes furnishing labor, cleaning supplies, equipment, routine daily and periodic cleaning, restroom maintenance, floor and carpet care, window washing, commercial kitchen cleaning, and a daytime janitor during business hours. The contractor must also provide support for up to six special events annually, submit six-month schedules and pricing, maintain trained and screened personnel, provide supervision and reports, and comply with specified insurance, safety, confidentiality, and performance requirements. The initial contract term is 42 months, with two additional one-year renewal options.
