Description
Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority is soliciting janitorial and related services for the Clearwater Administration Building and Clearwater Maintenance Complex. Services include recurring cleaning five days per week and an initial deep cleaning during the first week of the initial contract term. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, training, cleaning agents, equipment, supplies, inspections, waste and recycling services, and cleaning of offices, restrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, hallways, shops, patios, floors, windows, furniture, fixtures, waste receptacles, and other facility areas. The initial term is one year, with up to six additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement. Proposals must address qualifications and experience, staffing and service approach, cleaning products and equipment, quality control, and the initial deep-cleaning plan, and must include three similar janitorial contracts from the past five years. Pricing must be submitted separately from the technical response.
