NLR seeks leading technical subject matter experts to support the Department of Energy's Building America Program. The work covers the new-construction support program and existing building-envelope retrofit programs, helping builders, manufacturers, contractors, and other stakeholders deliver lower-cost, high-quality, energy-efficient buildings. Required capabilities include research, field validation, technical assistance, factory optimization, product design and materials innovation, digital tools and modeling, moisture and humidity analysis, infiltration and whole-home envelope solutions, data collection, industry and market analysis, dissemination, and knowledge transfer.
