Description
Jefferson County Facilities Management is soliciting bids for labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, and related work to remove and replace 24 dome glass panes at the Jefferson County Administration and Courts Facility. The base work includes removing old glazing, cleaning frames, installing specified insulated laminated and tempered glass matching existing openings, applying wet seal for waterproofing, disposing of debris, and field-verifying measurements. An additive alternate covers five additional panes. The contractor must perform disruptive glass removal and replacement outside regular business hours, provide required submittals and shop drawings, comply with applicable codes and site-safety requirements, obtain permits, protect the facility, and provide a one-year workmanship and materials warranty. Performance and payment bonds are required if the contract price exceeds $50,000. Responses must include the completed company submission and qualifications materials, pricing for the base and alternate bids, a W-9, references, resumes, and any applicable supporting attachments.
