Description
Robeson Community College is seeking a single vendor for comprehensive janitorial services across approximately 215,856 square feet in 19 main-campus buildings and four off-site locations. The scope includes labor, supervision, cleaning materials, equipment, consumable goods, restroom servicing, trash and recycling handling, daily through semiannual cleaning, emergency response, special-event cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor stripping, waxing, buffing, and related major-maintenance services. The vendor must provide staffing for weekday day and evening shifts, onsite supervision, quality-control procedures, employee training and background-check compliance, equipment and supply inventories, key and access-card control, and a detailed technical approach addressing staffing, scheduling, inspections, complaint response, emergency coverage, transition, and ongoing service management. The initial contract term is three years beginning on final contract execution.
