Description
The United States Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Windhoek, is planning a fixed-price contract for janitorial and cleaning services at its embassy office building and General Services warehouse. Required cleaning areas include halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrances, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways. The anticipated contract structure is a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. This is a presolicitation notice; the solicitation package has not yet been issued, and a pre-quotation conference is planned for a date to be provided in the solicitation. Electronic responses are permitted, with a 15 MB email limit, and offers may alternatively be delivered to the embassy office address.
