Description
Juab County and the Millard County Children's Justice Center are soliciting proposals for weekly janitorial services at an approximately 4,000-square-foot professional office facility. The scope includes cleaning and disinfecting offices, restrooms, kitchen and break areas, entryways, and common areas; vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, surface cleaning, waste removal, restroom-supply replenishment, and maintaining a sanitary and professional appearance. The contractor is generally expected to provide the necessary equipment, cleaning products, and consumable supplies, while clearly identifying inclusions, exclusions, and additional charges. Proposals should describe the service approach and schedule, pricing, supplies and equipment, experience and references, insurance, personnel and background-check procedures, subcontractors, security and confidentiality practices, contract terms, optional services, and any requested exceptions. The anticipated initial term is 12 months beginning approximately November 1, 2026. The solicitation states that the selected contractor must maintain applicable insurance, licenses, and qualifications and obtain approval for subcontractors and additional work.
