Description
The Virgin Islands Port Authority is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed janitorial firms to provide daily cleaning and sanitation services at three marine passenger facilities. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, and transportation; the Authority will provide specified cleaning and restroom supplies, including disinfectant, deodorizer, tissue, hand soap, and paper towels. The solicitation requests daily rates for 365 service days at each facility and requires a respondent proposal describing the firm's ability, certifications, personnel, and experience, including up to five comparable commercial projects completed within the last three years and the number of qualified personnel available. Required supporting materials include business licensing, general liability insurance, organizational documents, corporate resolution, good standing documentation, workers' compensation coverage, and any applicable trade-name documentation.
