Description
The Allegheny County Airport Authority is soliciting bids for the 2026 rehabilitation of the landside parking lot at Pittsburgh International Airport, Project No. 7G1-26 (General). Proposals must be prepared on the Authority's form and comply with the plans, specifications, and Instructions to Bidders. The project is subject to applicable federal labor standards, Davis-Bacon requirements, nondiscrimination provisions, and disadvantaged business enterprise procedures, including DBE participation goals and Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program certification before award. The proposal package must include the Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Proposal, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Non-Segregated Facilities Form, Status of Contracts on Hand, Letter of Assent under the Allegheny County Project Stabilization Agreement, Bidder's Understanding of Conditions Applicable to Proposal, EEOC Compliance Form, Non-Discrimination Certification, Lobbying Certification Form, Contractor's Experience Questionnaire, DBE certification form and documentation, and Public Works Employment Verification Form. A surety-company bid bond on the Authority's form is required, with the amount specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
