Description
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to LAZ Parking Ltd. LLC for leased parking spaces located directly in or under its headquarters building. The spaces are currently managed by LAZ Parking Ltd. LLC, and the agency states that the required location restricts the requirement to one reasonably available source. The purchase order is planned for a 12-month period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. This is a presolicitation notice rather than a solicitation for offers; written responses from responsible sources may be submitted to demonstrate capability and may be considered only to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
