Description
The City of Nixa is soliciting bids for sealcoating and striping the parking lot at the Nixa Parks & Recreation Community Center. Bidders must provide a total project price and an estimated completion timeframe of no more than 10 characters. The response requires online submission through the electronic bidding system, including a bid bond when the bid is $20,000 or more or when otherwise required by the City, an E-Verify affidavit when applicable, and a business license application. The solicitation also includes required acknowledgments concerning the bid, bond and insurance requirements, anti-collusion, terms and conditions, vendor verification, and business-license compliance. Performance, labor, and materials bonding and insurance requirements apply to the awarded contractor as specified in the solicitation.
