Description
The City of St. Louis Treasurer's Office is soliciting proposals from manufacturers or authorized dealers of parking garage revenue control equipment to replace existing equipment at nine parking facilities, totaling approximately 4,819 parking spaces. The selected contractor will be responsible for dismantling and disposing of existing equipment, installing new equipment including gates, ticket dispensers, card readers, pay stations, and related hardware, and providing ongoing maintenance and warranty services. The contract will also include optional services such as cashier stations, pay-on-foot stations, in-lane assist cameras, online validation, and smartphone payment capabilities. Proposals must include a detailed cost breakdown, references, and compliance with PCI DSS, ADA, and other requirements.
