Description
Washington County Health and Human Services—Behavioral Health’s Addictions Program is seeking qualified providers to deliver supported capacity services for dependent children age 18 and younger whose parents reside in the provider’s licensed residential substance use disorder treatment facility. Services include room and board that allow children to reside with their parents during residential treatment. Providers must hold a current Oregon Health Authority license, be enrolled in the Resilience Outcomes Analysis and Data Submission system, and own, lease, or operate a licensed residential treatment facility with capacity for treatment participants and their children. Responsibilities include evidence-based or promising-practice services, quality assurance, compliance reviews, required behavioral-health reporting, quarterly data attestations and reports, and invoicing. The response must confirm acceptance of the scope and responsibilities and demonstrate that all qualifications are met. The County may proceed to a later RFP process if necessary.
