Description
Clackamas County is soliciting sealed bids for landscaping improvements at the Clackamas County Stabilization Center. The work is a public improvement contract subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements under ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870, because the maximum owner-contracted compensation exceeds $50,000. The engineer’s estimate is $125,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Locker by the stated deadline; email submissions are not accepted. Bidding documents are available through OregonBuys, and bidders are responsible for obtaining any addenda. The work will take place in Clackamas County, Oregon. The County encourages bids from Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Businesses.
