Description
Clean Water Services is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of aluminum sulfate solution in bulk quantities for use at its Durham, Rock Creek, and Forest Grove Water Resource Recovery Facilities. The district estimates usage of 1,900 dry tons during the contract period. The product must meet specified chemical standards, including a minimum 48% dry aluminum sulfate concentration by weight, specific gravity of 1.32–1.38, and free-acid limits. The contract period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027. The awarded supplier will provide deliveries in response to district orders, comply with chemical off-loading procedures, provide delivery weigh slips and compliance affidavits, perform quarterly batch analysis, and furnish current safety data sheets. Bidders must submit a unit price per dry ton and a total estimated price based on 1,900 dry tons; the district may award more than one contract.
