Description
Washington County Department of Land Use and Transportation is soliciting bids for the construction of ADA curb-ramp upgrades at intersections in Washington County, Oregon. The work also includes minor adjustments to public utility systems and additional incidental work required by the plans and specifications. The estimated project cost is $500,000 to $1,500,000. Bids must include the required residency statement and bid security of at least 10% of the total bid, using the County's bid guaranty form, an irrevocable letter of credit, certified check, or cashier's check. Bidders must be prequalified by the Oregon Department of Transportation and licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The County-provided bid and bid-guaranty forms must be used, and the First-tier Subcontractors Disclosure Form must be submitted with the bid or through the linked solicitation no later than two work hours after the bid deadline.
