CITY OF HILLSBOROON-CALL ELECTRICAL SERVICES Proposals Due 2:00 pm, September 29, 2026 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO. 202608-10044The City of Hillsboro, Oregon (City) requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced electrical contractors to provide on-call electrical services in one or more of four service categories: Electrical Construction, Installation, Tenant Improvement and Maintenance Services; Limited Energy Technician Class A (LEA) Services; Limited Energy Technician Class B (LEB) Services; and Lighting Technician Services. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis to support the City's operational, maintenance, repair, remodeling, replacement, emergency response, and construction needs at City-owned facilities and infrastructure. The City intends to award contracts to multiple qualified contractors to establish an on-call contractor pool. The RFP can be downloaded from the City's e-procurement site at https://www.hillsboro-oregon.gov/bid-rfp. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's e-procurement site no later than 2:00 PM (Pacific), September 29, 2026. Description
The City of Hillsboro is seeking multiple qualified contractors to establish an on-call pool for electrical services in one or more categories: electrical construction, installation, tenant improvement, and maintenance; Limited Energy Technician Class A services; Limited Energy Technician Class B services; and lighting technician services. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis at City facilities, public safety buildings, parks, utility infrastructure, and other municipal properties. Services may support maintenance, repair, remodeling, replacement, emergency response, and construction needs through future task orders. Contractors must demonstrate the experience, staffing, equipment, and technical expertise required for their proposed categories. The solicitation includes certifications and representations, evaluation and response materials, and separate pricing sheets for each service category.
