Description
Washington County, Oregon is soliciting bids for construction of approximately 28–29 ADA curb ramps at intersections along SW Oleson Road and connecting streets. The work includes demolition and replacement of concrete walks, curbs, curb and gutter, driveways, detectable warning surfaces, pavement markings, signs, mailbox supports, landscaping, and related roadway features. Contractors must also perform minor utility adjustments, erosion and sediment control, temporary pedestrian accessible routes, traffic control, and incidental work required by the specifications and maps. The project is classified as Miscellaneous Highway Appurtenances, with an estimated project cost range of $500,000 to $1,500,000. Bidders must be prequalified by the Oregon Department of Transportation for the applicable class of work and licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The bid requires a bid guaranty of at least 10 percent of the total bid; performance and payment bonds are required after award. Work must be completed by February 26, 2027, except for seeding establishment.
