Description
Clean Water Services is soliciting bids for the supply, transportation, delivery, and unloading of high-calcium hydrated lime meeting specified chemical and physical requirements, including at least 72% available calcium oxide and a minimum 94% passing 200 mesh. The estimated annual quantity is 1,376 dry tons, although actual quantities may vary. The bidder's unit price must include transportation, unloading, taxes, insurance, and other delivery costs. Deliveries will be made to the Rock Creek, Durham, and Forest Grove Water Resource Recovery Facilities. The successful bidder must follow facility chemical off-loading procedures, provide compatible off-loading equipment, complete a chemical custody form for each load, provide a current Safety Data Sheet before deliveries begin, and comply with specified insurance and environmental requirements. The contract term is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with an estimated 50 round-trip deliveries.
