Description
P+C Construction is soliciting subcontractor bids for Bid Package Two of a progressive design-build tenant improvement project at the existing Brookwood Library. The work includes select demolition, excavation and fill, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, doors and frames, coiling doors and grilles, gypsum board, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting and coatings, fire-suppression sprinkler systems, plumbing, HVAC, communications and security, and cleaning. Fire suppression, plumbing, and mechanical work include delegated design. Roofing, parapet repairs, electrical work, and elevator installation were included in a prior bid package and are excluded from this solicitation. Bidders must submit the Procore bid form for each scope with a proposal attachment, complete all forms included in the solicitation package, demonstrate their ability and cost to obtain payment and performance bonds, and be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board with required public-project licensing and bonding. The project is subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements. P+C is seeking COBID-certified trades and suppliers and encourages participation by minority-, women-, disadvantaged-, veteran-, and emerging-small-business enterprises.
