Description
New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision is soliciting bids to restore three existing Energy Recovery Units to full operation. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, programming, controls, testing, refrigerant, transportation, and related incidentals; inspect and troubleshoot each unit; repair or replace defective components; install and program new controllers; and verify proper operation. The work includes integrating all three units with the facility’s existing Building Management System, including required interfaces, wiring, sensors, alarms, setpoints, schedules, interlocks, and control logic. The contractor must perform startup, commissioning, refrigerant leak repair and recharge as applicable, provide final control documentation and access credentials, submit a service report for each unit, and provide at least four hours of staff training. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the grand total. The contract period is 12 months from the date of approval.
