Description
The North Carolina Community College System, in coordination with the North Carolina Community College System Office, is soliciting vendors for an agency-specific term contract covering new, unused, and current-production fitness equipment and related accessories. The scope includes cardio equipment; strength machines; free weights and racks; functional training equipment; group fitness and studio equipment; rehabilitation and medical fitness equipment; fitness technology and connected products; and accessories and support items. Vendors may bid on one or all categories and must offer a comprehensive product line from one or more manufacturers. Requirements include delivery to requested locations within North Carolina, installation and set-in-place services, manufacturer warranties, technical and descriptive literature, maintenance and warranty support, operation and maintenance manuals, and training when required. Vendors must be authorized manufacturers, dealers, resellers, or distributors for the products offered and must provide manufacturer authorization. The contract is intended to run for three years, with four additional one-year renewal options, and may result in multiple awards across categories and manufacturers.
