Description
The County of Riverside, on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff's Office, seeks quotations for a five-year contract consisting of a one-year initial term with four additional 12-month renewal periods for as-needed purchases of commercial fitness equipment. The requested equipment includes strength-training machines, treadmills, rowers, bikes, racks, benches, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, mats, and related gym accessories. Exhibit A identifies specific branded products and models, while allowing proposed equivalents subject to County evaluation and approval. The County does not guarantee any minimum purchase quantity. The awarded vendor must provide white-glove delivery to designated Sheriff's Office facilities, including interior, room-specific placement; uncrating; complete assembly and installation; electrical connection and testing where applicable; calibration and safety checks; removal of all packaging and debris; and compliance with facility security and access protocols. Delivery personnel may require identification, prior vetting, or visitor clearance. A minimum three-year warranty covering parts and labor is required for the equipment. Quotations must include detailed item pricing and associated delivery, installation, assembly, freight, and other costs, with pricing submitted through the designated electronic procurement system.
