Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6), with Region 6 Education Service Center as lead agency, is soliciting proposals from vendors offering products and non-construction services related to sports facilities and sports surfaces. The scope may include arena, stadium, and gym seating; bleachers; lockers; gym floor and track replacement; tennis court goods and services; synthetic turf; indoor and outdoor lighting systems and parts; scoreboards and accessories; chain sets and sideline markers; bases; windscreens; batting cages; netting; utility and golf vehicles; ticketing; and other related offerings. This is a multi-vendor, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity solicitation for as-needed purchases by EPIC6 members and future members, with no guaranteed purchase volume. The agreement term is five years with an annual renewal option. Vendors must extend contract pricing and terms to participating members and pay a 1.5% administration fee on applicable member sales. Proposals must achieve at least 70 evaluation points to be eligible for award.
