The U.S. Army intends to purchase a complete set of Sorinex commercial strength-training equipment to support brigade-level Holistic Health and Fitness operations. The requirement includes trap/hex bars, landmine rack and home-base attachments, bumper plates, chain sets, adjustable utility pins, glute-ham rollers, half racks, adjustable benches, battle ropes, storage units, roller pads, and hex dumbbells ranging from 5 to 70 pounds. The equipment is specified as brand name/sole source because it must remain compatible and interoperable with existing Sorinex rack systems. The technical specification sheet identifies required quantities, Sorinex product specifications, and several Sorinex SKU references. The proposed procurement is a fixed-price purchase order under the simplified acquisition threshold.
