Description
The Department of National Defence is soliciting commercial-grade fitness equipment for HMCS Griffon, including functional trainers, leg machines, treadmills, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, weight plates, benches, mats, storage systems, a digital gym timer, and related attachments. The equipment must meet the mandatory specifications in the compliance matrix, be new, satisfy applicable technical standards and Canadian Standards Association approval requirements, and include electronic user manuals. The contractor must deliver all equipment Delivered Duty Paid, unload it without relying on federal personnel, and assemble and install the equipment. Delivery is required by 2027-02-26. The procurement uses lowest evaluated price with mandatory technical criteria, and only Canadian suppliers are eligible under the stated reciprocal procurement policy.
