Description
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is soliciting gym memberships for up to 50 officers assigned to duties away from a federal building. The contractor must provide access to the gym facility during posted operating hours and be located within a two-mile radius of the Rancho Bernardo ICE office. Access to an online portal for managing member accounts is preferred. The requirement includes a 12-month base period from September 28, 2026, through September 27, 2027, with two possible 12-month option periods extending through September 27, 2029. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management, and a completed FAR 52.212-3 representation and certification form is required unless the information is current in SAM.
