The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals from vendors able to provide sports facility and sports surface products, equipment, installation, and related non-construction services on an as-needed basis. The solicitation is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity procurement with no defined project or fixed quantity; cooperative members may use awarded agreements when needs arise, but are not required to purchase from awarded vendors. EPIC6 expects to make multiple awards to responsive and responsible vendors that achieve at least 70 evaluation points. Awarded vendors must extend contract pricing and terms to current and future cooperative members. The stated agreement period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031, and evaluation factors include price, availability, and delivery.
