Description
Duncanville Independent School District is soliciting proposals from multiple vendors to establish an approved catalog of athletic supplies, equipment, and related services. District employees may purchase products and services from awarded vendors on an as-needed basis. Discount pricing must include shipping and handling charges on an F.O.B. destination basis unless otherwise noted or separately negotiated. The solicitation covers sports, athletic, team sports, physical fitness, outdoor recreation, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and related equipment, supplies, and services. This is a multi-award catalog solicitation. Awards may be made to multiple vendors throughout the open period upon acceptance of a proposal response. The contract covers the 2026–2027 school year, with three additional years available by mutual agreement. Responses require vendor information, product and service descriptions, published price lists, delivery and ordering terms, local representative information, references for three similar customers, and applicable certifications and forms.
