Description
The City of Spokane SUN - 911 is seeking quotes for wellness equipment for a gym facility. Vendors must review the listed equipment and specifications, provide a suggested equipment list that fits the facility, and submit a proposed layout. Pricing must include delivery, assembly, and installation; equipment requiring permanent attachment to the building must be identified but excluded from pricing because that work will be separately bid or performed by the City. Quotes must include product cut sheets for all products bid, warranty information, maintenance recommendations, any available maintenance pricing, and a specified lead time in business days after receipt of order. Delivery and installation must be scheduled during regular business hours, and the supplier is responsible for delivery, installation, and related damage or injury liability. Sales tax must not be included in quoted pricing. The City may award by line item and requires acknowledgment of the specifications, applicable terms, business-registration requirements, and product-related certifications.
