Description
The Pennsylvania State Police is soliciting specified Rogue fitness equipment for recruitment and community events under a no-substitute requirement. The requested equipment includes push sleds, straps, tow ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, plyometric boxes, Echo bikes, rowers, gym timers, and timer stands in the quantities listed in the specifications. The successful vendor must provide new equipment, deliver the awarded items within 30 days after issuance of the notice to proceed and receipt of a fully executed purchase order, and provide manufacturer authorization if it is not the original equipment manufacturer. The manufacturer authorization must reference IFB 6100066603 and acknowledge responsibility for warranty issues. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with the Commonwealth reserving the right to award by line item.
