Description
The County seeks a contractor to produce a 2028 Community Health Assessment and a 2029–2032 Community Health Improvement Plan. The work includes project management, stakeholder collaboration, community engagement, research, data analysis, report writing, graphic design, data visualization, language translation, digital repurposing, and web publishing. Deliverables must comply with Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility requirements. The event listing also directs bidders to enter $0.01 in the unit bid price field; the County will evaluate costs shown in the proposal. Covered employees must be paid at least the County’s stated living wage rate of $23.84 per hour, effective July 1, 2026.
