The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, through the Colorado Medical Board and Division of Professions and Occupations, is soliciting one or more designated providers for a statewide peer health assistance program serving physicians, physician assistants, and anesthesiologist assistants. Required services include intake and comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations; urinalysis and other collateral assessments; treatment referrals; monitoring and compliance reporting; counseling and family support; education and outreach; crisis and relapse response; records management; secure communications; quarterly and annual reporting; quality assurance; and transition support. The provider must make services available throughout Colorado with 24/7 program coverage, maintain qualified staff and a statewide treatment-resource network, support confidential and legally compliant handling of health information, maintain records for at least 10 years, and provide required financial, program, compliance, and performance reports. Proposals must address the statement of work, organizational experience, key personnel, references, financial strength, accessibility, implementation, technical approach, and detailed annual budgets and cost information. The anticipated initial term is February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028, with up to four additional one-year renewal periods.
