Description
Caliber Public Schools seeks an eligible E-Rate internet service provider for three sites: two campuses requiring 5 Gbps symmetrical service and the school support office requiring 1 Gbps symmetrical service. The stated latency requirement is less than 10 ms at each site. Fiber is the preferred handoff at the two campuses, while Ethernet is preferred at the support office. Proposals should describe the company’s experience serving educational institutions, technical specifications, detailed pricing (including installation and monthly fees), available E-Rate discounts, service-level agreements, educational-institution references with contact information, E-Rate eligibility, and additional services. The requested term is three years, with an extension option by mutual agreement and satisfactory performance. Price is the primary factor in the E-Rate competitive-bidding process; spam or robotic responses will be disqualified.
