Description
The State of Ohio seeks one contractor to administer telehealth benefits for employees and their dependents enrolled in three self-insured medical plan options. The contractor must provide virtual primary, urgent, behavioral health, and specialty care; administer the plans’ telehealth designs; coordinate claims and encounter data with the State’s medical third-party administrators; and provide member support, communications, reporting, provider-network management, and implementation and transition services. Services must be available 24/7, with mobile app, web portal, and telephone access. The proposal package calls for separate technical and cost submissions through OhioBuys. The technical response includes required forms, a scope-of-work response, work and staffing plans, information security assurances, a completed State IT requirements exhibit, a signed Business Associate Agreement, and third-party administrator licensure or an explanation of compliance. The solicitation identifies a predecessor contract, CSP900320, and requires an active MBE certification to submit under this MBE set-aside.
