Description
The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority seeks proposals from qualified firms to identify and evaluate transportation-related improvement projects along the I-280 corridor in Santa Clara County. The improvements are intended to expand active transportation facilities, relieve congestion, improve operations, enhance safety, and reduce vehicle miles traveled or, at minimum, avoid a cumulative increase in vehicle miles traveled. The work supports programming and implementation of the selected improvements. The solicitation schedule was revised by Addendum No. 1. Proposals are due September 25, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time; discussions or oral presentations are scheduled for October 19, 2026. The solicitation uses a sealed-bid process with sealed pricing.
