Description
Indian River County is seeking statements of qualifications from potential partners to construct, improve, rehabilitate, maintain, and oversee affordable housing units, each subject to a 50-year Land Use Restriction Agreement. Respondents may seek prequalification for rehabilitative projects, new construction projects, or both. Respondents and their agents must communicate about the solicitation only with Procurement personnel; communication with the Board of County Commissioners, Affordable Housing Assistance Committee, County Administrator, or other County staff may result in disqualification. The response must include a single searchable PDF Statement of Qualifications, with a redacted public-records copy and an unredacted copy when legally exempt confidential information is included. Audited financial statements covering the past two fiscal or calendar years and the required compliance, disclosure, lobbying, anti-human-trafficking, foreign-entity, W-9, and insurance materials must also be submitted. The current specimen insurance certificate must show commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation coverage.
