Description
The Tri-Valley-San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide general engineering consultant services for the Valley Link Phase 1A Rail Project. The selected consultant will serve as the designer and engineer of record, using the Authority's final 30% design as the starting point and completing design transition and validation through 60%, 95%, and 100% final design. The scope also includes technical support during the Construction Manager General Contractor pre-construction process, Federal Transit Administration and project-management-oversight reviews, third-party coordination, and construction. The pre-construction phase is anticipated to last 36 months.
