Description
The City of Englewood seeks a contractor to demolish and fully remove Building 1 at the Englewood ServiCenter, including safely disconnecting and removing its electrical and lighting systems and disposing of demolition materials. The existing prefabricated storage building is approximately 20 feet wide by 65 feet long and 20 feet high. The contractor must provide and install a like-for-like prefabricated replacement building, including site preparation and new electrical and lighting systems designed and installed in accordance with applicable current codes and standards. The proposal must address demolition, replacement-building costs, installation, permit fees and construction use tax, bond fees, and any supplemental services. A 5% bid bond is required; the awarded contractor must provide a 100% performance, payment, and maintenance bond within 10 days after notice of award.
