Description
The City of Englewood is soliciting proposals to replace the remaining aging cardio equipment at the Englewood Recreation Center. The requested equipment includes elliptical machines, arc trainers, stair climbers, treadmills, recumbent bikes, an advanced spin bike, rowers, a SkiErg, and a commercial air bike. Proposed equipment must be new, unused, current-production, commercial-grade equipment suitable for a high-volume municipal recreation facility, with alternatives of similar products and specifications permitted. The awarded contractor must provide equipment procurement, transportation and delivery, removal or trade-in coordination for existing equipment, installation and setup, testing, staff orientation and training, manuals, warranty information, and service-response information. The proposal must address company information, experience and technical capability, project approach and implementation schedule, draft-agreement comments if applicable, pricing, key personnel resumes, applicable licenses, and three substantially completed relevant projects with detailed performance information and owner references. The proposal is limited to 10 pages excluding specified items such as the transmittal letter, draft-agreement acknowledgment, and appendices; pricing is submitted through the City's online solicitation platform.
