Description
Denver Public Schools is soliciting proposals for an evidence-based, high-quality instructional materials science curriculum for grades K-5. The curriculum must align with the Next Generation Science Standards, support diverse learners, provide English and Spanish parity, include culturally and linguistically sustaining content, and integrate with district technology including Google, PowerSchool, Schoology, Infinite Campus, Illuminate, and Chromebooks. Required materials include student and teacher resources, digital components, formative and summative assessments, hands-on investigation and manipulative kits, curriculum maps, research evidence, and independent curriculum reviews. The selected supplier must provide phased district implementation, curriculum delivery, customized labeling and barcoding, logistics, customer service, multi-year professional learning, job-embedded coaching, train-the-trainer support, technical integration, accessibility compliance, student-data privacy compliance, and AI-related disclosures. Proposals must include a single PDF narrative, a separate Excel pricing worksheet, required certifications and questionnaires, a certificate of insurance, instructional-material samples or digital access, and a separate redacted proposal. The contract is planned for March 2027 through June 2032, with two one-year renewal options.
