Description
The Société québécoise des infrastructures is conducting an open construction tender for Lot 0301, covering formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete, and foundation waterproofing for the expansion and renovation of the Charles-Le Moyne Hospital operating-room and day-surgery facilities, including a temporary clinical module. The work must be completed within 41 weeks from the contractually specified start or written authorization. The probable start window is October 30 through November 30, 2026. Bidders must hold the required Quebec building licenses and qualifications, maintain a permanent establishment in Quebec or an applicable intergovernmental-agreement jurisdiction, perform Quebec or Canadian construction work, and provide Quebec or Canadian materials and equipment representing at least 15% of the total materials and equipment value. A bid guarantee equal to 10% of the bid amount is required. Paper or electronic submission is permitted; electronic submission is strongly recommended.
