Description
The District of North Cowichan is soliciting tenders for repairs and upgrades at Holyoak Lake Dam and Banon Reservoir Dam. The work includes crack, spall, cold-joint, and void repairs; removal and replacement of existing guardrails, walkways, cages, and related steel components; and installation of new guardrails, grating, stairs, fencing, gates, and associated metalwork. The contractor must provide access, environmental protection, testing, temporary works, site restoration, and related construction activities. The tender requires the listed appendices, a signed Form of Tender, comparable-work and superintendent information, subcontractor details, labour costs, equipment rates, and bid security. Substantial Performance is required by October 29, 2027.
